Mac Slone recorded a banjo track before winter set in at the Big Blue Church. Then he headed south to Louisiana. Jay wrote a song to it, added some percussions and vocals, and got Hazel to sing along, play bass, and piano to give it a little tinkly shine.

The song, It’s Fun To Own Your Own Business is a bit of a joke, really, because most of the time it’s terrifying managing the monster you created. Otherwise, it’s good advice for you and yourn. Jay E Moores wrote the song, plays baritone ukulele, and sings up front. Hazel de Mesa added backing vocals, bass and keyboard. Mac Slone plays the banjo. We record in a gothic revival church built in 1893 on the coast of Maine.
